Am I being LOVING to my staff?
What do you mean Coach??
Since when do I need to be Loving? I thought my job was to lead! To be inspiring---to direct my staff--to tell them what to do and what NOT to do....
Loving?
Ah yes, Loving.
I know this may have caught you off guard, but it's still just as important.
At MasLove, we teach companies, which are just groups of people, how to be more loving.
We CHALLENGE leaders to deliver a new level of kindness and understanding (aka Love) to their teams and also to themselves.
In this new 2018 work environment, employees are now speaking very loudly when they are unhappy--by leaving.
The goal for any thriving company should be to create a family feeling--and a family that no one ever wants to leave.
Are you creating a family-at work AND at home- that no one wants to leave?
If you have noticed more people leaving your workplace to go elsewhere, you aren't creating a family people don't want to leave.
The old way of doing things won't work in this new era.
People come to work now to be loved and appreciated. If you are scared to use that word, you will get left behind....
Especially as more women enter the workplace, the word LOVE will become more prominent.
Gary Vaynerchuck has now appointed a Chief Heart Officer of his company Vayner Media.
My goal is to see EVERY company with a Chief Heart (or LOVE) Officer.
What's holding you back from allowing the power of Love to enter your workplace?
What's ONE loving thing you could do Today for your staff?
And if you already allow it, please let me know! I'm looking for loving workplaces to visit to study and feature in my upcoming new book, "I Work for You, Why Don't You Care About Me?"
Great work starts with great love.
